Where Do I Fit In?

  • A Beginner – You like quilts and have always wanted to learn to make one. You know how to thread your machine, wind a bobbin and sew a straight line. The quilt making process will be covered from start to finish.  Learn rotary cutting, sewing an accurate ¼” seam allowance, piecing skills, putting on borders correctly, how to sandwich the quilt and finish it up. It is a start to finish project. You are a beginner.
  • Advanced Beginner – You have made at least a block or two. You are comfortable sewing an accurate ¼” seam allowance and have learned rotary cutting skills. You are an advanced beginner.
  • Intermediate and Beyond – You have made a quilt from start to finish. You are comfortable with the whole quilt making process and are eager to learn more advanced techniques. You are an intermediate and beyond.
  • All levels – These classes are for anyone who is comfortable with their sewing machine and rotary cutting skills and want to learn the project.  Most of these classes are “just for fun” or novelty type projects.
