What’s new at the Barn…
New sewing machines from Janome. Quilting, Sewing and Embroidery enthusiasts will love the new features on the Memory Craft 11000 Special Edition. Quilt like a “star” with the new Marie Osmond Quilter’s Companion. Two ThreadBanger machines will rock the younger generations DIY world.
It’s time to play with fabric in Let’s Make Waves, a terrific workshop by quilt artist and author Karen Eckmeier.
Technique classes offered are Bali Bags, StrataVarious and Rapid Fire Hunter Star.
A lecture demonstration by quiltmaker and author Patricia Knoechel, sister of Eleanor Burns, is scheduled for Monday, May 11 at 7:00 pm and Tuesday, May 12 at 10:00 AM.

Helen’s son Blair passed away October 17, 2007 due to complications from a heart transplant.
