Christmas Celebration is a 60” diameter “quilt” that was designed to be a tree skirt. Omit the hole in the center and use it as a table topper, bed topper or wall hanging.
In this two-day workshop, learn how to implement fast and easy cutting, stacking, paper piecing, floating spikes, floating geese, curved piecing and speed piecing techniques. All of Judy Niemeyer’s quilt designs for foundation paper piecing use precut fabric pieces designed and cut from oversized templates. Curved piecing and traditional piecing skills are required to join the units after the foundation piecing is completed.
Students are required to complete precutting before the class. Students typically need a few weeks in advance to prepare for class so keep this in mind when signing up.
